Executive Session Notice – October 10, 2025

The Board of Directors will hold an Executive Session on Friday, October 10, 2025 at 1:00 PM via Google Meet.

This meeting will be conducted in accordance with California Civil Code §4935(a) and Bylaws Article VIII, Section 8.05(d) to discuss confidential matters related to contract formation and negotiation.

Topics for Discussion Include:

  • Review of the existing landscape maintenance contract and annual beach tree trimming proposal

  • Evaluation of contractor performance and scope of work

  • Consideration of contract renewal or new bids

  • Negotiation terms and next steps

Executive Sessions are closed meetings of the Board as permitted under the Davis-Stirling Act. These sessions allow the Board to discuss confidential matters such as contracts, legal issues, and personnel matters.

A summary of any actions taken will be included in the minutes of the next open Board meeting, as required by Civil Code §4935(e).
