Kono Tayee Estates is a welcoming, waterfront community located on the serene northern shore of Clear Lake in Lake County, California. With scenic views of Mount Konocti, calm waters, and a tight-knit neighborhood feel, our community offers a peaceful escape and a beautiful place to call home.

Our Mission
This Association is a California Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation established in 1971, and includes 129 private property lots.
The mission of the Homowners of Kono Tayee Estates Association is to:
Preserve the beauty, safety, and character of our community
Foster a spirit of cooperation and inclusion among residents
Maintain common areas and shared resources
Support clear communication between the Board and the community
