HOMEOWNERS OF KONO TAYEE ESTATES
General Notice Regarding Upcoming Election to Adopt Amended CC&Rs
Within the next 30 days, you will be receiving your Ballot Package for the election to amend and restate the CC&Rs for the Association. Please note the following important information regarding that election:
The ballots are to be returned by mail or handed to the Inspector of Elections at: 7897 Richard Drive, Lucerne, CA 95458.
The initial Balloting period is scheduled to end at 9:00 AM on April 25, 2026. This means that your ballot must be received by the Inspector of Elections no later than that date and time. (Note: The Board may extend the balloting period if sufficient ballots have not been received to establish a quorum.). Members may verify the accuracy of their individual information on the Voter List and may do so by contacting the Inspector Larry Oreglia by email at election@konotayeehoa.org.
The meeting at which the ballots are scheduled to be opened and counted at the special Board meeting will be held at: 9:01 AM on April 25, 2026 at: The Kono Tayee BBQ Area (or Google Meet depending on weather). All members will be able to observe the opening and counting of the ballots by Google Meet or other electronic video conferencing.
