New Sign, Landscaping, and Community Bench Enhance Kono Tayee

The Beautification Committee has completed several outstanding improvements that have transformed one of the most visible and frequently visited areas of Kono Tayee Estates.

As you enter the community, the first thing you see is our iconic Kono Tayee sign. Thanks to the incredible craftsmanship and dedication of Joe Reyes, the sign has been completely rebuilt and restored. What was once showing significant wear has been reconstructed, repainted, and upgraded with new lighting. The result is a beautiful landmark that proudly welcomes residents and guests both day and night.

Adjacent to the mailbox area, Brenda Reyes added a striking KT rock feature surrounded by attractive new landscaping, creating an inviting focal point and enhancing the overall appearance of the common area.

To complete the project, Chris LeGue built a new community bench, providing residents with a comfortable place to relax, visit with neighbors, and enjoy the surroundings.

These improvements are a wonderful example of community pride and volunteerism. The Beautification Committee’s hard work has significantly enhanced this shared gathering space and created a welcoming first impression for everyone who visits Kono Tayee Estates.
