NOTICE OF 2026 DIRECTOR CANDIDATES

HOMEOWNERS OF KONO TAYEE ESTATES

The following qualified candidates will appear on the ballot for the 2026 Director election:

• Candidates: 

  • President

    • Todd Marshburn

  • Vice President

    • Rachael Oreglia

  • Secretary

    • Tom Atteberry

  • Treasurer

    • Vieno LeGue

  • Director-at-Large

    • Ross Calvert

    • Ed Mak

Please note the following important information regarding that election:

• Ballots will be mailed on June 5, 2026.

• MAIL or HAND DELIVER the Mailing Envelope containing the ballot to the Inspector of Elections at 7897 Richard Drive, Lucerne, CA 95458 by 10:00 AM on July 11, 2026.

• Quorum determination (at least 50% of all voting members) and counting of ballots are scheduled for the Annual Board Meeting held at: 10:00 AM on July 11, 2026 at: The Kono Tayee BBQ Area. All members will be able to observe the opening and counting of the ballots.

• The association may call a reconvened meeting to be held at least 20 days after a scheduled election if the required quorum is not reached, at which time the quorum of the membership to elect directors will be 20 percent of the association's members, voting in person, by proxy, or by secret ballot.
