2026/2027 Assessment Notice and Payment Instructions
Dear members,
This notice is a reminder that the 2026–2027 Annual Assessment is $550 per lot. Your assessment helps fund the maintenance and operation of our roads, beach, pier, common areas, insurance, and other Association expenses necessary to maintain our community.
Assessment Due Dates
Annual Assessment: $550 per lot
Due Date: September 1, 2026
Late Date: September 15, 2026
Any assessment not received by September 15, 2026, will automatically incur a $50 late fee. In addition, interest will accrue at 1% per month on any unpaid balance until paid in full, in accordance with the Association’s governing documents.
New This Year – No Reminder Postcard & Electronic Payment Option
To reduce Association expenses and save on postage, we will no longer mail annual assessment reminder postcards.
Instead, individual assessment statements will be emailed to the primary email address we have on file for each membership. Please take a moment to ensure your email address is current so you receive your statement and future Association communications.
