Dear Homeowners of Kono Tayee Estates,

Pursuant to California Civil Code §5120, the following are the results of the Homeowners of Kono Tayee Estates HOA Director Election held on July 11, 2026

  • Ballots Returned: 85

  • Quorum: Achieved

Election Results:

  • President – Todd Marshburn: 78 votes

  • Vice President – Rachel Oreglia: 76 votes

  • Secretary – Tom Atteberry: 77 votes

  • Treasurer – Vieno LeGue: 80 votes

  • Director – Ross Calvert: 50 votes

  • Director – Ed Mak: 27 votes

The candidates receiving the highest number of votes were elected to serve as Directors in accordance with the Association’s Bylaws and election procedures.

These results will be recorded in the minutes of the next open board meeting and are available for member review.
