CC&R Amendment Election - Ballots Mailed & Next Steps
The Association will be holding an election on April 25, 2026 to consider updates to our Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs).
Ballots Mailed
Ballots for the CC&R amendment election were mailed to all members on March 25th along with a copy of the final proposed amended CC&Rs. Please keep an eye out for your ballot packet in the coming days.
If you do not receive your ballot by next week, please contact the Inspector of Elections: Larry Oreglia by email at election@konotayeehoa.org.
About the Election
As outlined in the General Notice, this election is to approve updated Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) for our community. Our current CC&Rs date back decades and require modernization to align with current operations and California law, including the Davis-Stirling Act.

A redline version showing the minor changes since the 2025 amendment attempt
We strongly encourage all members to review these materials prior to voting.
Why Your Vote Matters
This is a critical vote for the future of our community. Approval requires an affirmative vote of at least two-thirds (2/3) of the membership, as required under our governing documents .
Your participation is essential. Regardless of how you vote, returning your ballot is critical to reaching the required threshold. Please complete and return your ballot by the stated deadline included in your ballot materials.
