Spring Clean-Up & April Architectural Inspection

Hello Neighbors,

With the rain we’ve received this winter, everything is growing quickly -, including the weeds. As we head into spring, this is a great time to take a look around your property (or ask a neighbor to check if you are away) and begin seasonal clean-up.

The Architectural Committee will be conducting the annual property Inspection in April 2026. 

As a reminder, the Kono Tayee CC&Rs require that lots be maintained in a clean, neat, and orderly condition, including cutting weeds over 6 inches and removing trash or debris. 

These inspections help maintain the natural beauty of our community and protect property values. Starting your spring weeding and general yard cleanup now will help ensure everything looks its best.
