A Red, White & Blue Morning to Remember!

Our 4th of July Star Spangled Pancake Breakfast was a tremendous success, serving over 100 meals to members and guests to kick off Independence Day in Kono Tayee. What began as a simple idea, a way for your Board of Directors to say “thank you” for another wonderful year, grew into one of the largest and most memorable community gatherings of the season.

Before the annual golf cart parade rolled through the neighborhood, friends and neighbors gathered at the beach to enjoy a complimentary breakfast of pancakes, eggs, ham, fresh fruit, juice, coffee and a festive mimosa bar.

The morning was filled with great food, patriotic decorations, beautiful lake views, and, most importantly, wonderful conversations among neighbors. Events like these remind us that Kono Tayee is more than just a neighborhood....it’s a community built on friendship and shared traditions.

A heartfelt thank you to our board members and everyone who volunteered their time to cook, serve, decorate, set up, and clean up. Your generosity, enthusiasm and teamwork made this event possible.

We also want to thank everyone who joined us. Seeing so many familiar faces, and welcoming new ones, made the morning truly special. We look forward to creating many more memorable community events together.
