2026-2027 Annual Policy Statement Now Available

The Board of Directors has published the 2026–2027 Annual Policy Statement for the Home Owners of Kono Tayee Estates.

The Annual Policy Statement is provided each year in accordance with the California Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act and outlines important Association policies, member rights, and procedures. It serves as a helpful reference for homeowners regarding topics such as:

  • Architectural application procedures

  • Member notice and communication preferences

  • Association records inspection rights

  • Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

  • Assessment collection policies

  • General notice posting locations

  • Board and Association contact information
