The Board of Directors will hold an Executive Session on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 7:00 PM via Google Meet.

This meeting will be conducted in accordance with California Civil Code §4935(a) and Bylaws Article VIII, Section 8.05(d) to discuss confidential matters related to contract formation and possible litigation.

Topics for Discussion Include:

  • JDM Dock Contract

  • Possible Litigation

Executive Sessions are closed meetings of the Board as permitted under the Davis-Stirling Act. These sessions allow the Board to discuss confidential matters such as contracts, legal issues, and personnel matters.

A summary of any actions taken will be included in the minutes of the next open Board meeting, as required by Civil Code §4935(e).
